Ультразвуковое исследование как метод, практически не имеющий противопоказаний, с высокой степенью доступности и информативности, представляет собой перспективный инструмент дифференциальной диагностики с воспалительными заболеваниями суставов, а также ранней диагностики, динамического наблюдения и, возможно, выбора тактики лечения и определения прогноза у пациентов с остеоартритом суставов кисти. В литературном обзоре представлен анализ последних публикаций о возможностях применения ультразвукового исследования в качестве вспомогательного метода у пациентов с данной патологией.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Traditionally, hand osteoarthritis is diagnosed with clinical classification criteria, while radiography is necessary for stage stratification and differential diagnosis with other joint diseases. Ultrasound as a method with no contraindications virtually, high degree of accessibility and information value is a promising tool for differential diagnosis with other inflammatory joint diseases, as well as early diagnosis, monitoring and, possibly, the choice of treatment tactics and the prognosis in patients with hand osteoarthritis.
