Описаны клинические и патогенетические особенности эндотелиальной дисфункции. Отдельные виды бактерий микробиоты кишечника могут рассматриваться как предикторы развития метаболического синдрома.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>In the article the data is about the pathogenesis of endothelial dysfunction in metabolic syndrome. The clinical picture and pathogenic particularities are described. According to recent studies the role of gut microbiota in the development of metabolic syndrome is not in doubt.
