В течение последних десятилетий произошел значительный прогресс в понимании патофизиологических механизмов развития ЛГ и ее этиологии, однако, диагностика данного состояния по-прежнему остается сложной клинической задачей из-за отсутствия специфических симптомов, необходимости подтверждения диагноза с помощью инструментальных исследований, доступных на уровне экспертных центров. В данном материале представлены некоторые аспекты начального этапа диагностического алгоритма ЛГ – непосредственного исследования пациента и роль трансторакальной эхокардиографии.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Pulmonary hypertension (PH) – is a pathophysiological condition, which characterized by pressure elevation in pulmonary vascular bed without regard to its causes. Despite the great progress in understanding of etiology, pathophysiology and molecular mechanisms of PH, clinical diagnosis is still a great challenge for the medical practitioner. Lack of specific symptoms, demand of wide range of knowledge, necessity of well-equipped hospital – all these reasons lead to late diagnosis and treatment.
