В настоящей статье представлен случай эффективного лечения СОБ после алло-ТГСК с достижением терапевтического ответа в короткие сроки.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Bronchiolitis obliterans syndrome (BOS) is a rare non-infectious bronchopulmonary complication of allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT) with an unfavorable prognosis.
