<trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article was submitted 30.10.2025; approved after reviewing 18.01.2026; accepted for publication 02.02.2026Modern medicine is faced with an increasing number of patients suffering from multiple chronic diseases simultaneously. The presence of two or more conditions increases the complexity of diagnosis, appropriate treatment selection, and patient care. People with a combination of several chronic non-communicable diseases are more likely to face disability, restrictions in daily activities, and a reduced quality of life. The prevalence of cardiovascular diseases and diseases of the bronchopulmonary system remains high. In addition, they often have common risk factors and pathogenetic interactions. This article examines the problem of the combination of bronchial asthma and hypertension from the perspective of common risk factors and pathophysiological relationships.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>бронхиальная астма</kwd><kwd>артериальная гипертония</kwd><kwd>факторы риска</kwd><kwd>курение</kwd><kwd>ожирение</kwd><kwd>микроРНК</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>bronchial asthma</kwd><kwd>arterial hypertension</kwd><kwd>risk factors</kwd><kwd>smoking</kwd><kwd>obesity</kwd><kwd>microRNA</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Bush A.
